Making sense of pain
By understanding pain, we can take control and change how we think about pain, feel about pain, and behave in relation to chronic pain. We don’t have to fear it or worry about it.
Research has found pain education can help lower pain levels, improve functionality, improve mood, decrease fear of movement, and reduce healthcare utilization.
